Price prestige room: 250 € weekdays Room not cleaned Bar 6:30 p.m.: vacuum cleaner in the middle of the room (waitress straddles each passage). Restaurant: very very average. Jaccuzi: not working Hamman: winding timer Hotel 4 * ??????

Very disappointed with this hotel: 4 stars by the prices but not by the level: smell of urine impregnated in the toilet, bathroom of a very small superior room, a bar without bartender to serve us during half the stay, a restaurant service to say the least relaxed, it often lacks products (no pickles for a raclette for example...) nice swimming pool but hammam and sauna that do not work well every other evening. A positive point anyway: the ski rental service with skis and boots kept warm by the nice lady (without fighting to get them into a locker ..)
