Chalet Altitude

We came to spend the last week of the season as a friend to enjoy it one last time this year we enjoyed the chalet or overlooks the resort of Val Thorens with this wonderful sun we had a big thank you for the comfort of this residence

I arrived a day late due to a flight delay, but in the middle of the day. The reception was unfortunately unoccupied and under the number on file I was only told that it was not an emergency and I should wait 3 hours. Then I was pushed away. Eerily unfriendly and poor service.

We stayed in an apartment for 6 people. Apartment was lovely & furnished to accommodate all living and cooking requirements. Heating of the apartment was excellent, always warm through the whole place. My only frustration was during busy times in the day (when people return from the slopes) the water was regularly cold and would not facilitate a shower or bath. This would often be the case for the whole hour 5pm-6pm occasionally longer.
