Very satisfied with our stay. The property is very clean, the room overlooked the rink and at the foot of the slopes, what more to ask. The staff was very attentive, room made every morning... All the staff were friendly and available for us to have satisfaction with our stay.

Firstly, my only niggle but my fault. I never noticed the 5pm check-in anywhere on the booking. We arrived at the hotel at 11am to be told the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 5. Next time we stay, I would probably get a later flight. Anyway, the positive and there’s lots of positives. The location is absolutely perfect, it’s about 50 metres to the bottom of the big Jandri gondola, which takes you to the top of the mountains . Breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold food along with decent coffee Evening meals were buffet style with a great selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return.
