My first time staying at Chilly Powder, and I fully get why people go back again and again. The team made everything feel effortless, warm genuine welcomes, friendly chats, and a level of care that never felt forced. The chalet itself is gorgeous, set against stunning scenery. I was apprehensive that being known for its Ski resort there wouldn’t be much to do in the summer - how wrong can you be!! We had great days, mountain biking, lake swimming, outdoor lido, luging. The food was excellent every day, and the staff were knowledgeable, relaxed, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great time. I can already see why people return again and again. Staying with Chilly Powder was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I had the most wonderful experience at Chilly Powder Pottery Provence with Francesca. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The setting in the Luberon is stunning and instantly calming — the perfect place to slow down and be creative. Francesca is an exceptional teacher: patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She has a lovely way of guiding you so you feel supported, even if you’re a complete beginner, but she also knows when to step back and let you explore and find your own style. I learned so much in a short space of time, not just about pottery techniques but about enjoying the process and letting go of perfection. The whole retreat is beautifully thought through — relaxed, unhurried, and very nourishing. There was a real sense of community at the table, with delicious food, laughter, and time to properly switch off from everyday life. I left feeling inspired, grounded, and genuinely proud of what I’d made. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough and would love to return one day.

Another trip to the fabulous Chilly Powder, Morzine-Avoriaz. My fifth time staying with the team and I can’t wait to go back again. Three times winter skiing and twice summer biking - either way, it’s a fabulous place to stay, with friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff, great food, amazing scenery and plenty to keep you occupied. Whether you’re a couple, a family or group of friends, you’ll feel like part of their family. Staying with Chilly Powder is the best.
