We ended up in Les Ancolies at very short notice due to a hickup of our travel agent. The staff at Last Ancolies handled it perfectly and we felt really welcome! Very cosy rooms - large to Courchevel standards - with a reasonable sized bath (always a good thing). There's a small spa downstairs (opens 4pm till 9) and a sunny rooftop terrace, a real joy after a wonderful long day at the slopes. Dinners are traditionally French, with a great selection of wines and cheese, and the chef provided tasty alternatives to his menu when asked in advance.

We stayed here for a week from 4th March. Hotel was very comfortable, cosy log fire and bar area. We had 2 rooms and both were comfortable with good balconies. Food was excellent. The wellness centre was compact but good. We used the sauna, hot tub and steam room. All were very clean and dressing gowns/towels/slippers provided. The best part was the staff! They were all helpful and friendly. Ski in and out location. 25m to a path to nearest lift. Perfect! Easy walk into the village.

We stayed at this hotel with Crystal half board in March 2017. The hotel is virtually ski in and out, all you need to do is cross the road. This takes you to the Grangettes lift which takes you to 1850 (this opened at 8.45am despite saying 9am on the lift map). All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very good especially the desserts. There is only one option on the set menu however they do offer a vegetarian option. Breakfast was plentiful with continental and some cooked options. The bar is cosy with an open fire. The ski locker is a little small and would benefit from heated boot racks. We stayed in room 209 which did not have a great view. Try to book a higher room. We had apres in town a few times there is a pub (le caterail) and wine bar. We also got the lift to 1850 a few times. The lift is free after 5.15pm and runs till 7.30pm. The Tremplin bar had some live singers and is very pricey (14 euros a pint). The Kudeta was more reasonably priced.
