Great place with really top Service. Full of little attention and kindness. I highly recommend it.

We found the hotel via booking.com where the price was 110-120Euro per night for our stay. After asking if we can bring a small dog with us via email they asked us to send a deposit of 240Euro for 4 nights directly to their account and not to go via booking. When checking out today, we found the price was now 94Euro per person, so we had to pay almost double what we initially planned!! Going back to the tariffs they sent via email there were two rates for each room category and I had assumed wrongly that the higher price of 120 is the room price - same as in booking - for two but it turned out the second column of 94 was the price per person! What a sneaky scam, never stepping my foot there again! Shame! Find a much better spa hotel with mineral baths next door - it turns out that is actually cheaper!

We came to this hotel to practice french, kinda a program for student, fortunately, just for a week. All the people should know that that's really dangerous to have dinner or breakfast there, their cook has never heard about gloves, in addition there are no any sanitazers or desinfection things in the kitchen. Natalie, who owns the hotel is a terrible person, they don’t care about people they host at all. I saw lots of times the woman on the reception yelling at guests. I advice nobody to stay in this hotel. There are lots of other hotels in Brides-les-Bains, save your money and nerves, take care of your vacations.
