The establishment is very well located, central to the resort, close to all amenities (mini-market, pharmacy,....) the rooms are spacious and properly equipped, the food is of quality, despite some stock management and food delivery issues at times. We also noted the extreme courtesy and kindness of all the people on the Belambra team that we crossed paths with and more generally throughout the resort. The sports activities are very varied, there is really something for everyone between the activities offered by the hotel and the multi-activity pass offered by Belambra, a real plus. We were so delighted that we wanted to come back for longer next year. And then, the horde of July vacationers arrived. Children running and screaming in the hallways (very poorly soundproofed) parents who do not care and let it happen, or even speak just as loudly... It slams the doors of the units... it smokes in the rooms so when you open your window in the morning you get a good whiff of nicotine... And then the line at the restaurant, undersized for the number of guests, everyone is pushing, kids spill their plates on you, the dishes are stormed, you have to ask and wait to get (or not, for that matter) the missing dishes. Really a shame, it ruined the 2nd week of our stay. Impossible to rest in the afternoon after a long hike, or in the evening until people have gone to bed. Reported to the front desk twice, we were told "there is nothing we can do." Sure, it is not easy to re-educate people, but when this incivility ruins other people's vacations, it is not normal to have to endure this and have no corrective action taken... We suggested putting up a sign at the entrance to the hallway leading to the rooms (there is a tiny one in the middle that no one sees or respects) that was not adopted. In short, great vacation potential, but unfortunately far too noisy; what must it be like in winter when the hotel is full...

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Ideal location, no car for 1 week, Hero pass card for activities, comfortable room, excellent restaurant, everything was perfect for an excellent week of family vacation. Thank you and well done!

A good one-week experience at Belambra. Unlike the majority of France under a heatwave, the mountains allowed us not to suffer from the heat. The outdoor and indoor pool are very pleasant after days of hiking and other activities. The big plus is the Hero pass offered for the week which allows access to numerous sports activities for children, teenagers, and adults, unlimited access to all the ski lifts to reach the different sites for hiking and mountain biking, and access to the summit of the Aiguille Rouge at over 3200 meters for a magnificent view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
