Les Terrasses De Labrau

This property on Booking.com known as Résidences de Mélisa La Foux d'Allos is scam and fake. We booked this property during our trip to France and even informed them on phone that we will be checking in and then suddenly local time around 6pm receive message (not email or phone call) to say that your booking is cancelled as we THINK that you did not arrive at 2pm as you did not have bedsheet and did not call us back. I was driving on the road visiting as a tourist and then only job I have is to keep calling this property that ohh i am this many KM away, it is completely ridiculous. We were left in this mountain area with no room to sleep, have to travel few KM to find another hotel, eventually ended paying double the amount. They even deducted full amount from my credit card when asked for refund, they are not refunding any money. Booking.com is worse too, they cannot get hold of the property to refund the money and they still have this property listed on BOOKING.COM. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY ON BOOKING.COM COMPLETE SCAM AND BOOKING.COM WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. Even one of the BOOKING.COM representative on phone said that this property is weird because their Terms & Conditions are that if you do not arrive by 4PM they cancel your booking. They have put this Terms & Conditions so they can scam people and deduct money from the customer credit card. We are also hotelier with high rated property on BOOKING.COM but would never do this to our customer and trusting BOOKING.COM was our big mistake. As a tourist you can get late while on the road and days in summers in France is long so it is weird that you have to check in by 4pm. Not to forget they are hospitality business but they will tell you that they do not speak English so call later when someone is there who speaks English. Also this property is listed on different names on BOOKING.COM, TRIPADVISOR AND GOOGLE. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS AS WE HAVE LOST THE MONEY.

I had a reservation for the Labrau terraces residence from December 23 to 30 but given all the inconveniences we suffered we decided to leave after 3 nights! I didn't pay 600 euros for a vacation rental to endure all that! We already arrived on Saturday, nothing was going well: pans from another time and in which no one would have cooked food, I turned on the plates, only one of the two worked, no drain to close the bathtub, cleanliness left to desire (dead flies and traces of coffee cups on the bedroom furniture under the duvets), and the worst.....I notice that the fridge does not close! I had put all my fresh produce in it, so I called Bruce the manager, very kind he changed the pans for me, found me a drain, but nothing to do for the fridge, it only held by pressing for 1 minute on the door, very practical 🙄 He told me it must be because it hadn't been cold enough yet but that by tomorrow it would be fine. But on Sunday nothing was going well! Especially since in the meantime I had tested the dishwasher (top basket blocked, bottom basket not suitable for this model of dishwasher so it did not slide on the rails), all the product lights were red so nothing happened. had been checked and nothing was washing) and the beds which were also a disaster! The mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting, there were used mattress pads which had been left on all the beds, in the bedroom the curtain had been torn off and not replaced, the pillows were all stained! The carpet too...the door sill torn off. And to top it off we had a very dark apartment, which overlooked the parking lot, and the water in the swimming pool was frozen. Anyway, Sunday morning (December 24) I called Bruce back, who came back in the afternoon in my absence with my agreement, he told me he had repaired the plate, that the fridge was closing and that he could do nothing about the dishwasher make 3 in 1 tablets separately but hey I had already tried without success, so not even salt and rinse aid in the dishwashers at the start of the season for customers😭 But in reality it hadn't been repaired at all! At 6:30 p.m. I come home and find the fridge open😭so it didn't close any more than before, the joint was ruined and worse it reopened unexpectedly and all my fresh New Year's Eve products were no longer there! I didn't call him back the next day because it was Christmas and he wasn't going to do much anyway 😭so after throwing away all my fresh produce (the straw that broke the camel's back), I decided to take a photo of everything and leave! I cleaned up, left the keys on the table, texted Bruce to let him know and left😭😭😭 I had to rent an air b n b in a hurry, I sent the photos and a complaint email to Noemys the same day explaining all the inconveniences encountered and requesting reimbursement for the 4 unused nights, it was December 26 I'm still waiting..... But whatever it is, I'm not going to stop there!
