Departed on 14th December and have still not received my £500 security deposit back (6th Feb) despite multiple messages to them and Booking.com. Was also kicked out at 8.30am, when check out states 10am, as that was the only time they could check the room! Left to walk around the resort for 2hrs before i could catch the bus. DO NOT BOOK

I advise against. Sp*rm stain on the couch. Vomited on the sofa's ears. The floor was not washed, neither were the toilets. The blankets are never washed, since we have to fold them and put them back in the closet at the end of the week. A rude manager, who speaks very badly to people. And what's more, he asks us to clean before leaving, wash the mirrors and tiles, clean the toilets, the floor and they are very demanding of the deposit even though the apartments were disgusting when we arrived.
