I was disappointed: alcoholics were entering our rooms shouting “Where is luck?” But otherwise, it was very good.

As usual, very good stay. Apart from the weather which has reserved us a snowy and rainy week. Otherwise clean and practical accommodation, of course a little small but sufficient for our week at skiing. Bathroom: very good. Rooms ok. Living room equipped with TV plus free wifi perfect. The couch a little hard but it was fine. The kitchen is well equipped and if you need an appliance or anything else, you can go to the reception and hop it done, you can eat a raclette or even if you need an extra salad bowl, no worries, the team is there. Accommodation located 5 minutes from the slopes. Meribel center, no need for a car. sheets and towels are provided and that is very convenient Regarding the team: welcome technician and anyone else. the service is perfect. A problem in the studio and this is solved very quickly and the service is for me the most important .congratulations to them and thank you for everything. It is always a pleasure to come

Filthy room, lying staff, secret charges. Upon check-in they will take a 200 euro deposit. They will tell you this is for "theft of breakage" only and be very specific about that. As far as joking that "you will only be charged if you steal the fridge". However this is a lie. You will be charged basically regardless as they do not tell you that you are responsible for cleaning the room for the next guests. I am unsure as to what the staff are employed to do, they seem to sit at the desk for around 2 hours per day doing nothing. They do not clean the rooms before you check in, so the room I was in was filled with black mould in the bathroom, which I had to clean. And the cutlery and glasses were filthy, which I also had to clean. At this point I had assumed it had been cleaned by staff and guessed it had just been missed. Out of good faith I cleaned it myself and moved on with my holiday without making a fuss. Upon reflection this was a mistake. The room is ONLY as clean as the last person who stayed their, and as many of their guests are under 25, they can be a bit rowdy and I assume not clean freaks. If you are staying here and have no other choice, I would highly recommend going to the shop and buying cleaning equipment before you settle in and deep clean the entire room. Not a single cleaning product is supplied so you will have to buy your own. Lucky I am telling you this, as the staff will not tell you and just expect you to be a savant. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, stay literally anywhere else, even the street outside is cleaner.
