Spent Euro 6240 for 8 nights.
Location - perfect
Staff - Very pleasant when reception was open - but it closes from 12-4pm
My main issue here is the lack of really basic amenities or room/housekeeping services. This place is not inexpensive - see price above - but 1 small toilet roll on arrival per room of 4 people means you have to go out to find a supermarket on your first night there. This seems unnecessarily tight-fisted. I have never stayed anywhere that wasn't able to provide enough loo roll for one night.
Stayed 8 nights but told if we wanted any towel changed during the whole time we were there we had to pay 9euros per towel. I don't understand why if I had 8 separate bookings (1 per night) I'd have had a fresh towel each night at same rate. I didn't need a new towel daily but would usually not choose to use the same towel for over a week.
No housekeeping obviously, given the above, so not quite what I would call hotel but a basic dorm style accommodation where you have to provide all your own facilities.
No laundry facilities on site - given there is no capacity to wash anything on site it seems strange that they expect guests to use a single towel for 8 days.
No hairdryer in the room - again a pretty basic necessity - can ask for one at reception but again only if you're in the hotel when reception is open. If you are skiing early you won't be in the morning.
Small kitchenette allowed preparation of basic meals.
You are required to clean the kitchen area and the materials to do that are provided overall, but only one bin bag. So if you stay for 8-9 days and need to fill the small bin more than once you have to buy bin bags. Again, not a major issue, but seems unnecessarily tight fisted- similar to the loo roll and towels issue.
Bathroom fine overall, but some mould on the showers. Lots of signs of age and wear.
Reception hours are limited
The staff were pleasant and helpful
Entrance only accessible by steps - difficult for pram users and anyone with mobility issues
So yes, good location, but incredibly expensive for what they provide. Would definitely not recommend if you think you are staying in an Aparthotel-type accommodation. Have stayed in much better hostels.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. The luggage room was locked, and we had no access to our bags when we needed to leave for our flight. The hotel staff failed to inform us that the room would be locked and reception closed and un-reachable. Even the emergency number at the entrance provided so solutions or assistance. As a consequence, we were forced to book private taxis and new buses to collect our luggage the next day, which cost us $800! What’s worse, the hotel took no responsibility for their mistake and refused to compensate us in any way. Will never stay here again. Avoid at all costs!
