Residence Pierre et Vacances Le Tilia

This is the second time that I have been in this Tilia block in Avoriaz for winter sports. The first time in 2019 was "horrible" apartment on the 1st (in fact it gives floor-3, the landing being on 4. The children's room with bunk bed was at the entrance and against the pipe column of the building. That's the problem on this floor, the smell is pestidential, and the smell comes from this column. Thank you "air wicks" "johnson" etc but that is not enough...the children did "with" in their room... This year 2024 nothing has changed. We go to the "1st" ski room every day... and the smell is simply omnipresent in the corridor. In our beautiful apartment on the 9th floor (under the roof this year) it hardly smells. Fortunately the rooms are upstairs and it's "healthy". But we have a small bathroom on the landing at the entrance and against the column of sanitary pipes... the smell is horrible. Everyone can verify my words by entering the building and taking a look at the 1st floor... Stones and holidays: one day the health services will come and resolve the problem. I hope for you that they will not find “bad bacteria” in contact with all your vacationers in this building!

Very noisy neighborhood, snow groomers passing by, trucks very early in the morning. Lots of young foreigners who party all the time. We had to call the police. The residence is poorly insulated so we hear all the noises. I do not recommend this Tilia residence.
