Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Sentiers du Tueda

I booked Residence Les Sentiers Tueda but found when I arrived it is actually called Le Pralin. Pierre & Vacances have obviously decided to use a different name for the Residence given the reviews on Le Pralin! I called the property direct before booking and was told every room had a view of the mountains. After booking, I pre-arranged to arrive late with my son at c10.30pm, I would not recommend this as you will be allocated the worst room! I opened the curtains of my apartment (room 211) to find no mountain view just a view of a pile of rocks and the doors to the apartments which did have a view! I asked to move rooms the next morning and was immediately told no more were available. I complained again that evening and was eventually offered an apartment which was allocated to someone else (so telling me there were no other apartments wasn't true!) and was then told if I took it the people to whom it was allocated would have to take Room 211! My son decided it was too much hassle to move and it wasn't fair on the people arriving to take their room. The reception obviously have a tactic of giving guests who arrive late the worst apartment knowing that once you've slept a night and unpacked its to much hassle. Despite the sunny weather for the whole of our stay we were in the shade, looking at rocks and doors with no privacy. P&V gave a small refund but not enough, my trust in this company which we have used many times over the years is broken.

Very disappointed by this Pierre and holidays which is outdated and deserves a complete rehabilitation. 3000€ per week for 35m2, next time I take a completely renovated Airbnb. Catastrophic soundproofing, apartment amenities to review completely. Poor quality kitchen amenities, staircase that creaks throughout the apartment and downstairs bedroom, shower with curtain and furniture that date back 30 years, small and uncomfortable bedding, not enough storage, no electrical outlet in the bedrooms and bathroom. 3 takes in all for 6 occupants is shameful!!! The accommodation was not optimized, we experienced better in so small. I put 2 stars for the location at the foot of the slopes but that's it.

Cheap but functional apartments and equipped with really everything you need (especially in the kitchen with dishes and appliances). Structure obviously designed for skiing: cashier a Ski included and very close to the slopes which are accessed via a mini gondola. Service little present (essentially only at check-in and check-out) but cmq available in case of need. I recommend it.
