The Residence is undeniably well placed. The apartments with mountain view really benefits from bcp of brightness and a beautiful landscape. Provided you turn up the thermostat, it's comfortable and well heated. The residence is ski-in ski-out but be careful it is the Aigle slope that is red (so to gauge if you have children especially as this slope "ices" quickly at the end of the day). The elevator to reach the station works very well, it is not a handicap. Where it is already spoiling is the parking problem. Customers are certainly warned in advance that large SUVs will have trouble with height.I think the ground floor of the parking can suit them , the problem is the floor.... and here the problem affects any large SUV or not. The access is quite hellish... watch out for your clutches! Now we discover that it would probably be enough to pass the cars through the current descent ramp for it to be better! A regular told us that this is what he does (with someone watching of course). We are surprised at the passivity of management, which is not really looking for concrete solutions. Let's remember that the Residence says "Premium", and there it is absolutely wrong! The furnishings of the apartments are a little mismatched, the TV is of very poor quality, the Wifi makes us travel back in time. Finally the icing on the cake, on Thursday we find, thrown to the ground in front of our door a "paquet" which will turn out to be a laundry bag as well as a sheet taped to our door (bailiff notice way), telling us that we must gather the whole line including undo the beds and put all this in the package when we leave. Besides the casual way it is done, this is the first time that P&V (since 1996) asks me such a thing and what is more in a residence called "Premium". I think P&V needs to re-examine from a marketing perspective what it means "Premium" in 2026. We're not there at all!

Geat location, ski in/out. We were assigned a unit at Le Tueda, which needs to come down through the lift, but still very convenient. The unit is a bit old, including the appliances, but very clean. Our room get a great mountain view looking at the ski route and the lift. There's a grocery store right under the lift, very convenient. I wish there were basic cooking supplies like salt, oil or spice, we had to buy from the store (Most other AirBNB we went before supplied those). The front desk is not staffed around the clock. On our day coming in, our luggage was delayed. I tried to call the front desk 10+ times, even during the hour, only get to voice mail. I was really worried, eventually the staff call me (because I didn't show up) and arranged the secure drop box pick up. Other than that, the staffs are all very friendly if you see them during the office hours. I utilized the free parking near the ski, after dropping off the luggage. Now I know how this place works, I will come back next time.

Location and quality apartments. But garage under residence impossible for big sedans or SUVs. I would not like to come during the Winter because obligation to put vehicle elsewhere and in addition arrival at the Residence is a dead end.... Too bad.
