Residence Pic du Midi

We loved to area but sadly the accommodation was awful. Firstly it was very dirty, clearly it was cleaned in a rush if at all. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows provided smelt awful, we requested them to be changed but was told there would be a charge! The shower/bath leaked into the bedroom soaking the floor and contents on the floor in the wardrobe. The plastic furniture on the balcony was broken. The swimming pool changing room floor was slimy and covered in hair! Very disappointing. I would return to the area but not these apartments.

Short trip but throughly enjoyed. Pool was fantastic and staff were extremely friendly and professional. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy, and the breakfast was lovely. Apartment was warm, clean and well laid out. Would highly recommend.

Excellent position for the ski lifts and parking was not an issue. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartment was tight. We were only three in a seven person unit and although baths and beds were OK, the living area was very tight. Plenty storage though including downstairs ski equipment cabinet. Not spotless (very dusty on curtain and pole when it came down accidentally). No lifts so moving in and out a bit of a chore. Welcomed dogs though it was difficult to find a good place to walk them.
