HOTEL MAJESTIC

The stay at the Majestic in Lourdes was a real nightmare. The room was old, poorly maintained and dusty everywhere, from beds to furniture. The bathroom was simply unlivable: a sewer stench from the toilet so strong that it spread throughout the room, making it impossible to even sleep, brush your teeth or shower. The shower is tiny, much smaller than the photos show, and after just 5 minutes of using it it begins to leak water. The stench of the sewer was so intense it made her vomit. The reception is also dirty, poorly maintained and full of dust, giving a general impression of total neglect. Breakfast was bad, poor and with very little assortment. The asking price is unjustified: you pay for an old, smelly and dirty room. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel given my experience

It's a welcoming city. It is in a wonderful place has many famous things. I will definitely visit again.

I dont this people know 5 star means-hotel is 3 star (minus 3 or lower)-,bedbugs infestation, shame the hotel situated in lourde. better room in castle prison.
