The hotel is comfortable and clean. But I didn't like breakfast. Few juice options was not natural and the attendant confused. It was missing items all the time and did not give time to resume (16 euros per person). Great location. Close to the sanctuary and restaurants.

Convenient location (10 minutes on foot from the sanctuary, but far enough from the chaos). Convenient paid parking in front of the hotel. Very large 4-star hotel with a beautiful lobby. The staff at the reception is very helpful and 'Italian.' Large and clean room. Large bathroom. Good and varied breakfast. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is very noisy and cannot be controlled independently from the room. Additionally, there is no minibar.

Location is Perfect, within the walking range of everything and just nicely on the quieter side of the canal. Atmosphere is modern and Comfortable. The Room is adequate, wee deck to step out on, comfortable bed (and am very big). Value is commensurate with three meals a day and the best customer service in Lourdes. Always very Clean and Polished.
