Lovely kind helpful staff. Comfortable clean room. Walkin shower with great water pressure. Excellent location near the Domaine, shops and restaurants.

Let me start by saying that I frequent many hotels in Europe for work , and I must say that now very rarely do you find such attentive and knowledgeable staff. Welcomed by receptionist Simona , very kind, reliable, professional. Jacopo

I write on behalf of older people, but this review is right! Despite having asked for a double room for 2 adults they received a very uncomfortable room (having paid locally for 2 nights 230e) with 4 very low cots with winter duvet (June) causing further damage to their health already compromised for problems of spine and joints (I'm talking about over eighty years old, walking with support). Pointed it out at the reception, the old lady there has mistreated like rags. In the dining room, used for breakfast (very poor), the same started to scream because the place they occupied, under the instructions of a waiter, according to his was not theirs. A real nightmare, they were treated with contempt and arrogance and the attitude of the "lady" leaked antipathy to Italians. Experience to forget, terrible!!!!
