I had been to this hotel before and everything went well... but this time it was a disaster. Double bed in reality two single beds glued, horrible mattresses, springs and frames that break the back, and a metal bar pile in the middle – ideal for ruining a weekend as a couple. When I call the Welcoming, the on-call person arrives annoyed, gives the keys to a “reserve room” (it is she who says it). The bed is fine, but the room...: Smell of closed, smaller, without decoration, damaged walls, in short, a real breakdown room. So I don't change rooms and have to wait till the next morning to see the Welcoming. The next day, I try to explain the situation calmly: no listening, just contempt. They send me around with phrases like "we won't change rooms every day" or "it's cheap, you shouldn't complain". As if the price justified a broken bed or a dilapidated room. Worse still, one of them is lying by denying that it was a spare room, even though her colleague had made that clear the day before and that morning. Two Welcoming people who have no Sense of Service, who take clients from above and who prefer to lie rather than take responsibility. The result: a wasted stay and the certainty that I will never return.
