Mediocre hotel, cramped and noisy room. Very average breakfast. Toaster does not work. However, ideal location very close to the sanctuary.

Very disappointed and does not correspond to a 4-star Mercure. Aging shower with a dirty curtain that was changed after 3 days. Parking needs to be reviewed. No issues with the very pleasant and dedicated staff. He does what he can to satisfy the customer

Having stayed here before, we unfortunately felt that the overall experience is not quite at the same level as it used to be. The rooms are rather small and now feel somewhat dated, while the hotel’s two elevators are slow and clearly insufficient when the property is busy. At times, the staff also seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. That said, the hotel still has some important advantages. The location is excellent, particularly for anyone visiting the Sanctuary, which is only about a five-minute walk away. The restaurant is also very good and remains one of the stronger points of the property. Despite the shortcomings, we still consider it a better option than many of the other hotels available in Lourdes. With some refurbishment and improvements to the overall operation, it could easily return to the standard we remembered from previous stays.
