Certainly overrated despite the kindness and dedication of some staff members. I used to say that I was a climate refugee there. The rooms are standard category, located in the main building, accessible from the street with a few steps, or from the parking lot also with a few steps. The rooms are accessible by elevator and all have a kettle. This part of the hotel is served by a central vacuum system, which is convenient because the hallways are narrow. The so-called "comfort" rooms are above the garage, larger than the standard rooms, more recently built, and have a different layout. There is also a kettle in the rooms. The decor is starting to look shabby, the cushions on the sofas for the third person in the comfort rooms are sagging, the covers are poorly placed, the baseboards are not well vacuumed, and the edges are also neglected. The mattresses, at least in the comfort rooms, are starting to become uncomfortable. The planters along the corridor are not maintained. People are not attentive to others, especially when rolling their suitcases and speaking loudly or calling out to each other. The neighborhood is not discreet; the garage under the comfort rooms is a noise nuisance for those above. I did not try the breakfast, settling for a "kettle" coffee. The cleaning is not regular, and the linens are starting to wear out. The staff is not "linear" in the sense that one customer is just a customer. The Sunday shift is far from pleasant. And the night watchman acts both like a grumpy old bear and a geek. One always feels like they are disturbing him, even when crossing the lobby without saying or asking anything. All of this contributes to a feeling of discomfort, which is still quite expensive. The location is good, near the subway and shops, close to the hyper center of Boulogne Billancourt. Category 3* would be graded, this hotel would be a small 3*, a standard 3*. If hotel grading were not in stars but in appreciation, it would belong in the tourist category, not superior tourist, just tourist. This is better than standard tourist. Considering the dedication of certain staff members.

l hotels is on a main avenue with different shops in a lively and friendly area when you get lost in the surrounding small streets (beware of closing times). the Seine musicale is not too far to enjoy great shows, by the river. the Metro line 9, Billancourt station arrives almost at the foot of the establishment. the welcome is pleasant, the staff is kind. c is an old Parisian building updated with a period staircase and an elevator to access the 7 floors the room is clean, functional with a bathroom with a bathtub (request when booking). the breakfast is made in the basement in a bright room overlooking the inner courtyard. it is hearty and provided.

What a nasty affair, stains on the bedspread and the shower head so dirty that we dared not take a shower while we always shower in the morning and evening. When reported to reception, no excuse but: ‘oh, yes, that needs to be cleaned.’
