Residhome Parc Du Millenaire

Shameful.. I rarely write, but here, the level is such that travelers must be warned. It's a lottery. I have stayed in this hotel several times a few years ago and the impression was rather good. But currently, room 516 is simply on the verge of being uninhabitable. The windows no longer close, the card holder is detached, the cabinet and refrigerator doors are broken, the furniture is worn out, the walls are stained, and there are a few bugs lingering around... Only the bedding is acceptable. The photos from other reviews are accurate. This room should no longer be rented out. Other colleagues stayed in renovated rooms, and it was very good. I probably just had bad luck. This will be the last time for me.

We spent a two-night stay in this hotel; first, the welcome was great, and the staff is friendly. We arrived at our room, and in the bathroom, there was a bottle of shower gel/shampoo hanging against the wall of the bathtub, but it was empty. We wanted to call the front desk to have them bring us another one and also some bathrobes, but the room phone was broken... so we called from our personal phones. After 10 minutes and then 20 minutes of waiting, I called them back to ask again because we had to go out. The person on the other end asked me how long I would need what I requested. In short, they said it would take 30 minutes to bring us a bath towel??? So no shower gel or bathrobe. Not to mention the insects everywhere, like little cockroaches, as well as the room cards that work once in a million times, the elevator that doesn't work, the radiator detached from the wall, the hole in the bathroom wall, and the remote control that doesn't work. In short, I do not recommend this hotel. Avoid it!!!

Room full of cockroaches. But the staff was responsive and offered another room to finish the stay. I ended up refusing and they cancelled the reservation without blinking. Apart from that worry the rest was ok. Friendly staff.
