Was Very bad experience while staying during the perod period at hotel i got stolen from my safe box this was un believable and make report at police station no one try to give me any response or feedback about what happened

Very disappointed with this stay. Upon my arrival, the staff argued in front of the guests about who would check me in, which gives a very bad image of the establishment. I then discovered that the air conditioning was not working, without having been informed beforehand, while it was very hot. After a difficult night, several follow-ups, and a prolonged wait, the problem was still not resolved. I also encountered an access card issue that left me stuck in front of my room. The most disappointing aspect is not the breakdown itself, but the lack of information, responsiveness, and follow-up. It was only after numerous efforts that a room change was offered to me, whereas this solution could have been implemented from the start. A level of service far removed from what one is entitled to expect from a 5-star hotel.

Pluses: Well located near a transportation hub, Friendly and attentive staff, good service, very quiet room, good buffet breakfast, good housekeeping. Minuses: Restaurant only open on weekdays except breakfast. Weak air conditioning. Room fridge not cooling satisfactorily. Nespresso machine not functioning. Stains on the carpet, both in the room and in the hallway.
