Comfort Gennevilliers

The photos on booking.com were generous this is a tired looking hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly to be fair. Howeever, our room was not clean i could only face taking two photos of the dirt and there was no kettle for the tea and coffee facilities. We had to ask for more towels too one for two people? One positive the shower was nice. Regardless of price all hotel rooms should at the least be clean. I travel a lot and this is the worst I've seen.

After all the horrendous reviews I saw, I was dreading staying at this place when my employer booked a colleague and I for 2 nights. And actually it's not all that bad at all: comfy, firm bed, reasonable breakfast and pleasant staff.

I've been to many hotels. Around the world. But to find a hotel this filthy in a civilized country like France is shocking. One of the two rooms you could already smell when we got out of the elevator. The other room was dirty. Beds are bad. Shower drain was clogged up Just don't go here. Did I mention the bed bugs?
