My Hotel In France Levallois

Soufiane at the reception desk was very helpful!

When trying to turn on the television in our room, the remote control did not work. My husband deduced that the batteries were dead. I went down to the front desk where the receptionist told me that she did not have any left. No more... As we were very tired after 8 hours of driving, the receptionist told me to go myself to the corner store to buy the batteries. Which I did for my husband. I found that very cavalier, as the person made no effort to find a solution. Furthermore, the breakfast seemed more than just adequate and the room was really small. I do not think we will return to this hotel. For a 4-star hotel, this is very surprising.

Good basic hotel but very expensive for what it is. Do not have breakfast included. Breakfast was expensive, terrible, uninviting and not appetising. I left and walked down the street and ate somewhere else. - delicious and a lot less than the Boris! For all the wonderful bread and pastries in France (including from bakeries on the same street!). It really begs the question why the hotel cannot celebrate the amazing French bread and pastries, cold meats and cheeses. The coffee…forget it; go somewhere else.
