Very clean, very friendly reception. Very good breakfast. Good bedding. Recommended.

Very warm welcome on arrival. Room a little sparse on decoration, stark perhaps, TV peux petite, and had a bit of a DIY feel to the construction, but bed was comfy, though could use extra pillows. Good shower. Spent evening out eating and viewing town. Breakfast old school French petite dej, but fresh. Nice touch of proper English tea bags. Reasonable pricing. Easy internet log on.

This place is a zoo during the day. Only 20 people actually live on the island. The rest come in to work the shops and restaurants or are tourists. Our Rick Steves tour group chose this place. We had several different types of accomodations. Our room was up several flights of narrow stairs and had a magnificent view, overlooking the church and the cemetary. Our bedroom had a double and an extra twin bed. Large room (needs updating, but no big deal). Best part: We had a courtyard outside - a BIG one, where we could observe everything going on. Had a great meal in the restaurant - 5 courses. Best chicken salad I had on our entire trip!
