Night spent during a heatwave with no air conditioning; one should not obviously expect it in this type of establishment that claims to be "eco-friendly," but a fan would have been welcome, it is still a 3-star.... Arrived for breakfast at 7:50, there was only one slice of ham left, no more applesauce, no more yogurt.... I finished my breakfast at 8:15; the buffet had not been restocked, the person serving was indifferent and mostly spent her time filling water pitchers that she placed on the bar next to the display where many products were missing.... As I passed by the reception, I reported it and was told that restocking the buffet takes time! The yogurt and applesauce are presented in a bowl; you just need to transfer the contents of one jar into another container, and regarding the ham, there is no anticipation with slices presented on a covered plate kept cool to replace the empty one???!

More pastries at 8:30 on Saturday and very little bread. The waitress tells us that we have to wait 30 minutes for cooking but does not offer to make it at 12 euros for breakfast! Very little choice despite the price. No hello arriving at the restaurant. Cleaning in the room leaves much to be desired. 2 towels and no towel to wipe your hands. I had to claim and the next day it was not put back. Canal + And sport were unavailable yet included in the room rate. A thorough and thorough cleaning of the hotel would be necessary. The website displays Canal + and well, it is not so and management response that it is a priori an oversight of the marketing department so the channels are not available, on match nights the broadcast is at the bar. The smoke detector is blocked by what appears to be paper. The positive is the proximity to the city center. Very disappointed with the service.

Conveniently located downtown in a quiet street(at night). Very friendly staff and good advice. The place is sober and practical warm decoration. Clean and efficient room, average soundproofing during the day but quiet street at night so ok. Team very well and attentive. Rate correct.
