Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Sainte-Mere-Eglise. The town centre is a short walk away. There is ample free car parking available. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The restaurant wasn’t open the night we stayed so we wandered into the town for a lovely meal.

This establishment that surfs on the historical and memorial proximity of Sainte mère, church is not to my liking the Logis franchise. Located close to the bypass, it remains a place of accommodation, respecting its primary function. We find it hard to find charm or any crush. Catering is not at the “terroir” level assigned by Logis and will require a little more creativity or tradition in the presentation of local products.
