Mercure Paris La Defense Parc

I did not take a room but I went back to Mercury because I ended up with my cell phone that I could no longer use I had on me just an ipad so I asked to have access to wifi and it was with great kindness and efficiency that the receptionist proposed to me to connect on their networks those who saved me in which case I would have found myself in great difficulty. She called me a cab that came after three minutes. So a big thank you to the receptionist that day.

My wife and I, who have been Accorhotel guests for many years, stayed at many Mercure hotels and were never disappointed. I must admit that I was particularly displeased by the Mercure Paris La Défense Grande Arche Hotel. First contact with the establishment: the reception should have been particularly cared for. And there, no smile and particularly cold. We are in Paris, it is true, but still! Back from the concert at around 1 a.m., at our “Good evening!”, we had no answer! For a two-day stay at €423, it’s pitiful! As for the bedroom, the mattress is always impeccable but the pillows deserve to be a bit less flexible and memory shape. The hotel is located just above the RER station, we are awakened from 5:03 am by the 1st RER arriving at the station. And so on every 5 to 7 minutes! Not to mention the loud creaking noises of the elevator! Finally, after a really unrelaxing night, we plan to relax in the shower. That’s without counting on a hot limit shower cabin water (a simple adjustment of the thermostatic mixer would solve the problem). Only positive: the quality of the breakfast and the really warm welcome of the room manager!

Welcoming this hotel is deplorable, we feel disturbed and we are very far from a 4 star Service, convenient geographical location, close to Paris, but the neighborhood is not reassuring from a certain time
