Very well placed, next to tram station and train (easy access to Paris). Very nice staff very friendly. Too bad: elevator broke down. And menage to see again, the floor did not seem very clean.... In addition, to connect the kettle, it was necessary to put it on the ground because the outlet is too short! Soundproofing to review completely! This is the big black breast of the hotel!!! Our room neighbour who took his shower prevented us from listening to a show on television!!! And you can hear all the movements on the stairs.... In short, decent hotel but for a short stay.

This hotel rarely responds to emails or phone calls. I was & granted a refund due to a family bereavement. After several attempts to get a response, the refund never appeared. Last thing I need at a time like this. Avoid. I doubt they worry about reviews either. It's one way - they take your money, that's it.

I stayed at the Douglas Hotel in a professional setting. The staff is friendly, smiling and very good advice for restaurants nearby. Room with clean bathroom but a little small. The only downside is the malfunction of the TV reported at the reception upon my arrival. The malfunction already known when I arrived had still not been corrected by the owner.
