B&B HOTEL Rueil-Malmaison Gare

The hotel made a charge of €80 after my departure, without my authorization, accusing me of having smoked in the room. I would like to clarify that I have never smoked in my life and therefore completely contest this accusation. To date, I have received no response to my complaint. I also had a lot of difficulty reaching the hotel by phone, as it does not have a direct line. When I finally managed to get someone on the line, she refused to listen to anything and finally hung up on me. I am deeply shocked by this behavior and by the way my complaint was handled, especially since I have been a loyal customer of this chain for several years. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of substance and the way the customer is treated.

I came to this hotel very often, already when it was under novotel suites banner. I've been there several times since he's been B&B and like other guests, we have to note that the establishment is declining in terms of services more and more. Certainly the rooms are spacious, but that does not do everything. The breakfast remains decent. Yesterday, 3 unacceptable points of service that change the customer experience: - check in / welcome around 5:30 pm: we expect it to be simple and fast: well no! 2 people at the reception, only one in action. Result 20 min to distribute 3 bedrooms... -the smell in the room (710) was really overwhelming and unpleasant: presence of an animal before? -the return last night to the hotel: before midnight, the reception must be provided 24 hours / 24 hours. I ring (no access with room card)...no answer...I ring...idem. I waited in the cold almost 20 minutes before the guard arrived by elevator. Barely embarrassed, barely excused... In short, the service is no longer at all at the level of a 4*, what a pity for this beautiful establishment

Level of benefits that decreases with each stay. Dirty and poorly maintained Bar and Welcoming area. Small and noisy breakfast room. Welcoming staff changes often. The quality of Welcoming is therefore variable in geometry... as are the rates applied (single to double). Spacious room. Some would like to be renovated. Close to rer.
