Very good family stay this summer. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. Its location 2 minutes from the Beach is top + swimming pool in the residence is a plus especially on windy days. The pool area is very good it is nice to have deckchairs (not as in campsites). The accommodations are very spacious with a terrace not overlooked, considering the Award of the rental could be a little modernized but remain good. Next to the residence there is a restaurant, a wine bar, a superette, a bakery/glacier. And we are 5 minutes drive from the center of Gruissan. Also well located to visit Carcassonne, Bezier....

This is the second time we have come to this residence and we were not disappointed, it is very well located nearby beaches and if you want to go on visits there is the choice there is no need to do a lot of kilometers, then if you want to go further it's your choice

Beach residence/apartments, which were probably better in the past, but have lost luster and charm over time. They look old, with dull colors. Good because they are close to the beach (about 200 meters). It has a free parking space. Just enough kitchenware to cook, but correct. Pool with water too hot. Wi-fi only in common areas, nothing in the rooms. Upon departure, they do a rigorous inspection (with a grim expression) of the apartment, looking for the slightest bit of dirt in order to charge you a supplement for cleaning. We passed the test. They should notify upon arrival that there is a payment for tourist tax at the end of the stay. Honestly, for the price we paid, I expected a lot more.
