Golf Resort Montpellier Fontcaude

We stopped here as a stopover from our trip. We booked a family room. We got an apartment with two sleeping areas with 2x 2 beds and a camp bed for our small bed. The apartment even had a bath. Price / quality is therefore fantastic. Friendly staff and at reception they speak English. Unfortunately, we only received an email yesterday that the pool is being renovated and that we could not use it, but since we were completely demolished, we did not really miss it. We can recommend it to anyone.

A place to ban. Advertised as a haven of peace! Please have the courtesy to inform us that it is under renovation! We rented the suite apartment for our wedding night. It was tacky. And not at all pretty. You have to pick up your breakfast at the reception!!!! In a bag! With supposedly a view of the gulf... In the attached photo, here is the lovely view we had from our room. Construction work early in the morning, dirty hallways, I got my wedding dress train dirty. The TV that does not work. The key cards that do not work. I almost couldn't enter my room. To put on my wedding dress. The only positive point is the employees who are not to blame; they tried to help us as best as they could each time. And the poor things, as they are on the front line, they take all the wrath of angry customers, and believe us, we were not the only ones! I hope this hotel loses its stars because it is a shame to rent rooms under these conditions! Management, you are lucky to have a great team! Because your employees are top-notch! But your hotel is a flop! It's a shame that I can't put sound on my photos. Since this morning at 9 AM, it's been hammering! Drill, blower, the whole works! While we are on a holiday! Thank you for the hell!

ingrid pau 1/5 4 days ago on Google We stayed from 14 to 16 April. The hotel was under construction, it was a horror! 1st morning awakened at 5am by incessant deliveries under our window. In the afternoon it is impossible to rest due to the sounds of drilling... The next day 7:30 with a new delivery of a transporter with crane still under our window. Not to mention the TV which did not work on the second day (because of the works, according to the reception). To top it all off we had chosen a “garrigue view”, we had a “parking view”. We signaled our dissatisfaction by asking for a commercial gesture to match the nuisances suffered, the reception of the establishment transmitted to the management with our RIB. We also made an email to the management, then two, then three and, to date, no return! Shameful!
