The residence is ideally located, close to all amenities, quiet environment. Welcoming is perfect, people are smiling and listening to us. The residence is clean and well maintained, waste sorting, parking available with extra billing. The problem happens as soon as you enter the accommodation. This one is not very big, the bathroom is tiny, to take the shower it is not practical. Besides, mold is present, not great. But the biggest problem with this accommodation is its general condition, the furniture is damaged, the paint is flaking, the sockets are peeling, cobwebs uncleaned... Another problem: the accommodation announces a safe for our personal belongings: to this day I am still looking for it! The mattress in the room was stained, just disgusting! and no waterproof tiles, just a cloth tile. We flipped the mattress which was a little less dirty on the other side but frankly, it's not great for customers. Another negative: the heat!!! We were there during the heatwave week, accommodation between 30 to 31 degrees, with 2 fans to cool us down. At night, despite the windows open and the fans on, the temperature dropped to 28 degrees, and the mosquitoes devoured us. We couldn't be in the accommodation during the day, it's just untenable. Considering the price paid, we are really disappointed by this experience, the vacation was not terrible because of all this. We ended our stay earlier than planned because it was no longer tenable in heat, we were not sleeping. Too bad because this is the first time I have such a bad experience at Pierre et Vacances. With renovation in the accommodation, and air conditioning put on, this residence could be pleasant.
