Hotel to avoid and by far!!! The hallways/walls/ceiling and unsanitary floor, the room combo of strong smell of cigarette mold, BLOOD stains on the duvet I clearly should have turned around. The bathroom filthy silicone joints, floor that took water, a really intolerable cleanliness especially according to them a 3 stars!!! I am told that I have been offered several and all worse one after the other. How can we offer such a Service in 2025? A shame, aberrant especially do not go! This establishment should clearly close and QUICKLY!!!!!!

Excellent experience in this hotel where we booked 2 rooms for our back-to-school seminar day and were perfectly received. Midday buffet of very high quality both taste and presentation. The staff was always attentive to us. Definitely an address to come back to for its excellent value for money. Thank you! Group Life Climavie Savie

Ouch! Really run down. This place needs alot of work. It is possibly the worst hotel I've ever checked into. The check in guy was nice enough but wow ! The rooms the hotel generally and outside was grim. The place is very rundown, on its last legs really. The Web photos are not at all reflective of the current state of the hotel and were obviously taken many years ago when the hotel was in better days. It could be OK again but not right now.
