BRIT HOTEL RENNES CESSON

My opinion will not concern the hotel itself, but the reception room made available for events. This late evening, January 11, a huge crowd is heading to this establishment near the Glaz Arena where a show has just ended. The Brit Hotel seems to be the only place nearby where a nightcap is possible. Indeed there are crowds, probably more than 200 people rushing to enter the reception room (which is not planned to receive so many people anyway... In case of fire I let you imagine). At the entrance, you have to queue to place an order at a first counter where a girl struggles to issue coupons corresponding to the order and to cash the amount. About 20 minutes to get my five coupons. The calculation is easy, everything is at 5 euros, from the glass of water to the can of coca or the glass of wine. Then you have to make your way to another counter where again a young woman is alone to face the pack that shows her coupon. Now it's faster, about ten minutes. Apart from the fact that I had paid 5 euros for a Perrier and had a glass of Salvetat, I find it unacceptable that this establishment does not call on more staff on gala nights, given the attendance and profits made. For my part, I won't be taken back.
