CAMPANILE - RENNES CLEUNAY

Decent room without more, 5 euros for the parking space...The exterior needs a big big renovation, the staircase leading upstairs is in a deplorable state and the paintings are completely disfigured. We will not judge the catering part because not used. In short, not in the standards of a campanile.

Very disappointed by the total lack of consideration given to a justified medical situation (COVID + sick leave). No refund, no deferral, no offer despite medical certificate transmitted. The fare was non-refundable, but the total lack of commercial gesture in the face of a case of force majeure leaves an impression of intransigence and lack of humanity. I do not recommend if you are looking for a comprehensive establishment in case of serious unexpected.

Partial cleanliness of the rooms (cobwebs, spiders, mold in the bathroom, carpet not very fresh ..) parking 5€! We booked several rooms with family following a bereavement, the welcome in the evening very well even if the girl began she was very kind. Quite the opposite the next day at breakfast, at 8:30 no more ham or cheese, 5 pancakes, we claimed and we are told that not possible no delivery (Leclerc right in front) for 15€ per person is just scandalous! but the worst is the lack of respect of the staff present this morning there, no notion of the hotel, customer service, we were criticized for claiming and this without the minimum respect. We got yelled at by the staff! No official present despite my request. Shame! I specify that a commercial gesture was granted for breakfast but this does not erase the altercation experienced.
