1 hour at the front desk upon our arrival because our reservation had been canceled 48 hours earlier, even though we received a reservation confirmation email. It seems to be automatic, but it does not seem to be taken into account by the establishment!! A major coordination problem!!! Even though the rooms were paid for upon arrival, we were asked for a €200 deposit. Unheard of! And if you want the room to be cleaned, you have to put a sign on your door. A sign that is not available in the room. Despite everything, the staff tries hard to meet expectations.

No way is this hotel worth 3 stars!! Accessibility is a nightmare! The lift to the 1st floor stalled with my friend and her dog in it. Ridiculous scenario when this lift only takes you to an area that requires you to stake 2 steps down.... to another lift!!!!This small lift can only hold 2 people and it then broke down too!! Not ideal when your rooms are on the 3rd and 6th floors and you have to climb a badly lit, spiral staircase! I had to ask for another room when a loud thudding noise started and I was told that it was a problem linked to.....the broken lift!!!!My friend found out the following morning that she didn't have a bath towel-only a bath mat had been left in her bathroom! We felt like we were in a scene from Fawlty Towers! The staff were lovely and had plenty of plausible excuses for the problems. Location was good but definitely not value for the money!

Very small room for three people. Dirty room (we found an insect inside the single bed). A towel (which was supposed to be clean) had a yellowish stain. The double mattress was completely sagging, it had a hole in the center and it was impossible not to roll into it. Very small and shaky elevator! Lamps with broken shades and a chandelier even without one! The only positive thing, the location. For the rest, terrible!
