Hotel Kyriad Rennes

Its location is perfect. Right across from the train station is a plus for travelers! The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very clean.

Staying tonight on the first floor in room 108, we were not able to sleep until 1 a.m. The second floor is above a restaurant!. The noise of chairs and tables being dragged every 20 seconds on the floor lasted until that late hour. Furthermore, the mattress was more like a hammock with air conditioning that did not work. Even with the thermostat at 10 degrees, it did not get cold, but it did make an extremely loud ventilation noise. The view from the room overlooks the restaurant kitchens. It is really ugly!. For the price of the room, it is scandalous to spend such a night. I am warning you that the front desk was made aware….. this was not our first night at Kyriad Rennes Gare but it will be our last!. Very, very disappointed!.

Super friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms and a great location, right in front of the train station and 20 miles walk to the historic center. The shower was very good and in the room was available coffee in capsule, tea and a few cookies. I did not taste the breakfast, but in the surroundings there is plenty of choice with a very affordable price.
