Hotel Bellevue

Our stay at Hotel Bellevue was everything we hoped for. Staff was cheerful and anxious to please. Our room was spacious, with views of the castle and river. All the amenities we needed were available and as long as I can take a shower without flooding the floor, I'm happy. There was a nice elevator that always arrived promptly. The breakfast was varied and generous. The location works well for Amboise with entrances on the street as well as the quiet backstreet. It's well-situated for visiting the castle and walkable Clos de Luce and the riverfront. It's an easy walk across the river to other activities, bars, etc... I would stay here again.

A year already and I cannot forget the joy when Booking finally refunded our reservation, while Mr. Bourdin did everything to manipulate and deceitfully steal from us. I can only advise avoiding this establishment and this individual…

Extra special and charming receptionist made a wet, weary, cyclist feel at home on a long trip after a cold rainy ride on a long day, She went above and beyond helping to track my delayed luggage. The very definition of “Hospitality”. Tres Bon! Merci Beaucoup!!
