Only stayed here for one night in mid August 2020. Clean and basic. Reserved on Expedia but charged a higher rate at the hotel which wasn’t ideal. A first with Expedia. Room was in a basement area but was clean and tidy with air con. No kettle in the room and I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t dine. Pool was excellent and clean.

Fit for purpose and great for kids on a stop over. We headed South by car and stopped overnight. Trampoline and small pool made it perfect for kids to release some energy. Breakfast was ideally simple but the main restaurant was closed on the Saturday evening in peak time. The hotel restaurant across the road looked respectable but the buffet food was terrible. Very enjoyable night which made it part of the holiday rather than purely functional.

We stayed here en route to Spain from the UK with some friends in mid-April. We were a walk in having messed up a booking at The Campanile next door. We were given two comfortable double rooms on the first floor and had a continental breakfast (bread, meats, cheese, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, etc.) Our friends woke up early and nipped down to grab some coffees (no facilities in the room), which the hotel was perfectly happy with. In fact the guy on reception and his colleague Anais were absolutely charming. They had an issue with their computer/card system up check out but took our details and then sent payment confirmation later that day. They were hugely apologetic but dealt with it all very profesionally. The hotel has a swimming pool and secure parking: you're provided with a code for the electronic gate. This was ideal for us as we had a small van rammed full of stuff. There's a bistro next door, but it was full so we ate in the Campanile instead. Really easy to find and would recommend if you're after a friendly, no frills stay.
