Hotel with no AC and no mini-fridge in the middle of summer, I'll let you imagine.

Another week spent at the Kyriad in Joué-lès-Tours for remote work, and the result is once again extremely positive! ​Here is what I particularly appreciated during my stay: ​- Remote Work & Connection: The Wi-Fi connection is impeccable and allowed me to work in perfect conditions all week. ​- Rooms (5th floor): Very spacious with top-notch air conditioning. Regarding the bathrooms, even if some find them a bit dated, they are spacious and do the job perfectly in my opinion. - ​Housekeeping service: Particularly polite, kind, and attentive staff. ​- Welcome & Reception: The team remains welcoming, even if you can feel a lack of staff and fatigue during this summer period. ​- Breakfast: Simply perfect! The buffet is restocked very quickly as soon as a product runs out. ​- Security: The fire alarm went off this week (fortunately nothing serious). This allowed us to see that the procedure and the security system are perfectly well-oiled (emergency exits, elevator lockout). A real plus that is very reassuring! ​​ In summary, a great hotel where I will return without hesitation.

Reference:- 34006UC027538 30/6/26 We booked to stay at your hotel and said that it was important for me to have internet in order for me to stay - one of my first sentences in fact as I had to work! Easy internet was the male receptionist reply (Alex). Once I got to the room I discovered I couldn't connect so took the laptop to reception and found out that the internet was broken! Other customer came to reception whilst I was there and said it was out for various days and "How much longer will it be broken" I asked for a refund and having to contact customer services and getting a written letter from the hotel stating that they would do this I am still waiting. We have booked various hotels with Kyriad and this hotel certainly lets the Brand down totally - the manageress hid in the back room for 20mins before saying that the refund was acceptable - the staff tried to help but lack of support from management were unable to make this descisions. Kyriad customer services say this can take 6 weeks before obtaining a refund? Kyriad are fantastic but avoid this francise of Kyriad as not helpful whatsoever and acted in my opinion in a dishonest manner. Please can you refund me I am still waiting 22-7-26!!
