The hotel is very well located and easy to access. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the customers. The large free parking lot is appreciated. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is truly of an excellent standard. I recommend it because the value for money is excellent.

2 points for the kindness of the staff. Room okay except for the dirtiness of the duvet, which was changed at the front desk with many apologies. At the restaurant: carafe of water forgotten by the waitress (in the middle of a heatwave) and a dessert very poorly named that I left (subtracted from the bill)... So yes, there is a pool and a jacuzzi. But a 4-star hotel restaurant has a mission to offer a bed and a meal that are up to par. Rest and culinary pleasure. What a disappointment! This is my first experience at a Mercure hotel. Mercure, God of commerce, the poor guy!

We arrived around 4:30 PM starving after 7 hours of driving. We learned that the restaurant was closed without having been informed, and we were directed to a more than average pizzeria for dinner. While waiting, we wanted to be able to snack, the bar was also closed, no snacking possible; for a 4* the service is not up to par. The room is very good but with 37 degrees outside, it is hot in there and impossible to adjust the AC to our liking, while in the hotel lobby it is comfortable. The breakfast is very good.
