Campanile Chateauroux - Saint-maur

Hotel with nice staff, breakfast is decent with sweet and savoury for every taste. Our room was clean and correct. The only flat the bedding was clean but the bed base cracks , marelas in 140 X 190.

Very decent establishment with impeccable room, good value breakfast. I have read very negative reviews while we have not experienced any of these inconveniences mentioned!!!!!!Perhaps there is a reshuffle?

Dirty room! Stain on pillows, dead bugs all over the room, door that barely locks, leaky flush. If I had wished to spend a night in the middle of nature by a waterfall, it would have been perfect, but it is not... Cannot sleep in a room like this forced to leave in the middle of the night and when we ask for the refund, we are refused it on the pretext that the bed was opened and that our travel time does not match (to believe that someone was present to check what is absolutely not the case, but maybe should invest you in surveillance cameras to check the departure time of your customers since we customers are liars)... Indeed, I wanted to see how unhealthy was present, and the trip to my home is well 2 hours drive normally so at 1am with fatigue and rain all over the road you will find me Excuse me for taking longer!!!! In addition to being an unsafe dirty hotel, they are hustlers and thieves! Thank you for your stay in hell! I think I will contact the DDPP I think they will be delighted with the photos and videos taken from the room if we do not get refund
