We love mercury hotels for their standard that suits us for one night. However I have never had such a mediocre stay.
Apart from the hostess of optimum efficiency, if all the staff moved like her, the service would be at the top.
The evening meal, undercooked or even raw (meat for a 5 year old), an endless service (no more than 20 people present at the restaurant). In the morning breakfast has 19€ poorly stocked. Except for scrambled eggs and pancakes no juice or cold meats... it's expensive coffee. After half an hour waiting, still not a breakfast worthy of the name.
Clean but noisy rooms. Street noise, condensation on windows, noise from other rooms and floors.
In short, the worst mercury I’ve ever stayed in is more of an ibis level!
