We stayed there during week 7 as part of a study trip with Totally, as soon as we got there we gave a total of 400€ euros, it’s now been over 3 months and we have still not got it back. For anyone wondering I did try and call, I got told that we got taken away 66€ for cleaning and that they had sent the rest, so no we did not break anything or did nothing to not receive our deposit back, as students this is a large sum of money we cannot afford to lose because of bad service. Furthermore when we got there one night, we were talking in the room at conversational tone after getting home from being out, no screaming, not talking to loud, and we got threatened twice for a fine due to noise. Which I find incredibly disrespectfully considering we were talking in the room that we paid for as if it was a prison. This also means, the security was waiting outside our door for over 15 minutes to see if we were still talking. The room is also often stained, the bed sheets are often with holes and stained, the vacuum didn’t work and the shower temperature was barely stable. Also the lockers for the skis barely fit anything, and most rooms are for 4-6 people with only a really small locker. Would not recommend for anyone this hostel, the only thing good with it is that is next to the slopes, everything else is terrible.

One word "to flee" ... The pictures of the coffee maker speak for themselves .... For parking, they prefer to keep the places for the staff, than for the customers!! Never again

Went for a weeks skiing, looking for a cheap option close to the slopes which is exactly what we got. Accommodation is basic but pretty much as expected for the price. It could have been a bit cleaner but it was just about acceptable. I’ve read a lot of very negative reviews which I think are very unfair. Unless people have paid way more than we did I think they either had unrealistic expectations, didn’t do their research or both.
