Perfect experience for our whole family! Excellent cuisine, professional and attentive staff (in service, housekeeping, entertainment, reception)! You can feel the good mood and professionalism! Perfect for a vacation! The rooms are renovated and clean! I find the few negative reviews not at all justified! A big thank you to everyone!

We spent 2 weeks at the Club MMV Les Bergers in Alpe d'Huez in August, with family, and we had a very beautiful vacation! A big bravo to the entire entertainment team, and especially to Logan, who was really great: dynamic, smiling, always in a good mood, and with real energy to bring the club to life. A special mention also to Mathilde and Isa, among others, who were adorable with the children and contributed greatly to the good atmosphere of the stay. The entire entertainment team is really top-notch, bravo to them!! And above all, a huge thank you to Dahbia, the nanny, who took care of our little Mia during these two weeks. She was absolutely wonderful: sweet, attentive, caring, and very attentive. Mia was delighted to see her every day and we were able to fully enjoy our vacation with complete confidence. It is really a huge plus for a family stay! The entertainers were also adorable for Mia's 3rd birthday: they organized a lovely moment for her with the mascot and a birthday cake. She was over the moon and it is the kind of memory she will remember for a long time! ❤️ We also enjoyed the buffets, with plenty of choices and generally quality meals. A small downside, however: some meals were very vegetarian-oriented. It is a good thing to offer vegetarian options, but it would be appreciated to be able to systematically have an alternative with meat or fish in parallel, so that everyone can find what they like. A big thank you also to Moussa in service, always smiling, available, and attentive, who helped make the meals even more pleasant. Regarding the room, it is unfortunately the point that disappointed us the most (especially the bathroom / toilet). The shower was difficult to use without flooding the entire bathroom, the towel warmers did not work, and we also had sewer odors on several occasions. We were on the 6th floor, and we were also bothered by the noise of the doors of the different rooms: they seemed not to close properly and slammed quite loudly, including at night, which could be particularly annoying. These are technical points that really deserve to be improved, because they contrast with the quality of the rest of the stay. Despite these few drawbacks, we especially remember the welcome, the atmosphere, the quality of the entertainment, and especially the kindness of the whole team, which largely contributed to making these two weeks very pleasant. Thank you to the entire Club MMV Les Bergers team for these beautiful vacations and all these beautiful family memories! 😊

2nd year at MMV Les Bergers and once again top notch. We came with friends who discovered the mountains in the summer and they loved it thanks to the resort but especially thanks to you. XXL service, progress even in the restaurant :). We will come back next year for sure. A special mention to the guides who made the hikes exceptional. This activity planned in the program is really a plus. We learned a lot of things, discovered new trails, thanks to them. Bravo for this successful 2nd season
