The first and last time at Belambra. No hygiene anywhere. Dirty rooms, mid-stay cleaning not done, apart from emptying the bathroom trash can. A club with 300 children per week and diaper trash cans overflowing on every floor in the common areas every day and are emptied very rarely... I will let you imagine the smell. Also, my husband, my daughter, and I were sick as dogs (vomiting, diarrhea, stomach aches for 3 days!!!!). In the cafeteria, the tables are sticky, the floors are dirty, and the cutlery and plates are still full of food once "washed". It is a disaster! You do not deserve the 5B rating at all, and even less so to continue operating and receiving hundreds of families without anything changing. To be continued...

First and last time for us at Belambra. Stay in progress from August 15 to August 22, 2026. I agree with all the reviews written about the hygiene and cleanliness, which are more than borderline. Meals are an ordeal every morning and every evening. Yesterday, no more pasta at 8:30 PM... My most concerning point is the management of hygiene and the supervision of children at the Renardeaux club (3-5 years old). My child, who is just potty-trained, was not helped to go to the bathroom and came back with his underwear and shorts full of excrement, as the activity team did not think it necessary to help him after he went to the bathroom... during Tuesday evening's party, a counselor called us because our son was crying. We arrived to pick him up, he was alone and crying, with no counselor there to even try to comfort him. As a result, he does not want to go back. I reported these points but received no response. The pool is dirty and unsupervised. The gym is poorly sized and not air-conditioned, so that's really very convenient... The sports classes offered in the morning are sluggish, pointless, and the room is overcrowded. For the price paid, the experience is really very disappointing. All of this is not up to the standard of a 5B club and the behavior of the management of this Belambra is absolutely unprofessional. In short, stay away!

Over a one-week vacation with two children aged 7 and 10. We all suffered from food poisoning one after the other. 3 ruined days We noticed that the hygiene was catastrophic. Cutlery not cleaned between services and put back in the "clean" bins. Tables neither cleared nor cleaned. When I showed up at the pharmacy, I hadn't even finished describing my food poisoning symptoms before the pharmacist asked me if I was coming from Belambra. While talking with the staff, I learned that there are many sick leaves in the company for the same reason. When I read the reviews right here, I notice that many are complaining about the same thing and have been for about 2 months. And of course, when I insistently ask to see the establishment's manager, he replies that his employees are liars and that the cases they had were a virus! He explains to me that tests were done and that they concluded it was a virus! Of course, when I asked to see these tests, he couldn't even give me the name of the organization. I talked with 3 families, ALL of them suffered the same inconveniences. My wife has been bedridden for two days, so I can't even leave! Let's talk about hygiene: the kitchen violates every standard! Disgusting cutlery (spoon full of Nutella in the middle of the clean cutlery... in the evening!!) Tables were not cleared; we were often forced to push aside the previous guests' plates. A child vomiting in a hallway... why clean it up when you can just let it dry. I'm not picky, I'm not obsessed with cleanliness, but at this point, it's a nightmare. And they know about it!! But nothing is done. I only recommend this establishment to those with stomachs of steel. And even then, if that's your case, pay less and go elsewhere!
