Booked a room for 3 people that was to include 1 large and 1 small bed. Got 'upgraded' at check in to a room that contained 1 king bed. After going to the front desk, we were placed in a room in the rear section that required a flight of stairs to get to the main door, and the room itself contained a loft with a split bathroom (sink/shower downstairs, toilet upstairs) and no railing for the staircase in the unit. As we were traveling with my 92 year old grandmother, this was not going to work well. I ended up having to book an additional room. However, the original attendant hadn't unassigned us from the first room, so we had to dispute charges at checkout. I'm leaving out a lot of detail, but sufficed to say this hotel did not in nearly any way meet my expectations. If all you need is a bed and a toilet, stay here. If you are looking for anything more, look elsewhere.
