Holiday Inn Lyon Vaise

We stayed here only one night, but found that both lifts did not work (other could make one work), the coffee machine (nespresso) in the room did not work. Yes we could have complained at the reception, but the English knowledge at check-in was so poor that we gave up further communication. The room also smelled of smoke when we got back something we gave up to communicate to the staff.

Been here again for the first time in 2 years. Restaurant only open Mondays through Thursdays. One could also write that on the website. In general, the hotel and especially the rooms make a rather run-down impression. The air conditioning cannot even manage to bring the temperature below 24 degrees at night. Breakfast was very limited. Bread, croissants, etc. were gone, but the service staff preferred to take care of clearing the tables. We don't want to go there anymore

Very good hotel with a very friendly and responsive team. The breakfast buffet is complete; there is something for everyone.
